Had tennis elbow and golfers elbow for over 12 months due to me playing tennis. Used straps. Physio tape but pain still there especially whilst playing. Just recently taken up Padel to add to my enjoyment of playing racket sports (tennis, squash). Began to feel a sore in my elbow to my playing hand.
